The Skills for Success program is a series of five-day workshops focused on highlighting one of the nine identified skills for success laid out by the federal government. In this workshop, you will learn:
- how to make dehydrated meals from scratch,
- how to portion and plan mountain meals,
- how to cook meals on a canister stove, weather permitting (Bring your own stove to practice),
- how to store food safely in bear country, and
- how to construct a bear hang.
You will also leave with the meals you prepared during the workshop!
TIMES:
- Tuesday to Friday 530pm-9pm
- And Saturday 10am-4pm
