Programs for all Yukoners

We organize programs within three main audience groups.
At the Yukon Literacy Coalition, we organize our programs by demographic—family and kids, youth, and adults—to ensure that each group receives tailored support that meets their unique needs and interests. By customizing our programs, we can provide age-appropriate content and activities that foster engagement, learning, and growth. This approach allows us to effectively address the specific challenges and opportunities faced by each demographic, creating a more impactful and meaningful learning experience for all Yukoners.
Family and Kids Programming
Our Family and Kids Programming provides a unique opportunity for parents, caregivers, and children to learn together in a supportive and engaging environment. These programs are designed to foster collaborative learning, strengthen family bonds, and develop essential skills for both adults and children. Through a variety of fun and interactive activities, families can explore new concepts and grow together, creating lasting memories and building a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Youth Programming
Our Youth Programming is dedicated to empowering Northern youth by providing essential skills in career development and financial literacy. These programs are designed to equip young people with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate the job market, plan for their futures, and manage their finances effectively. Through engaging workshops and hands-on activities, youth can build confidence, set achievable goals, and lay the groundwork for a successful and independent future.
Adult Programming
Our Adult Programming is designed to encourage lifelong learning by embedding essential literacy skills into engaging and practical activities for adults. These programs cater to various interests and needs, helping adults enhance their personal and professional development.
