We love to gardening and growing fresh veggies and flowers in Whitehorse! Our Learning Garden is a place of joy, wonder and beauty where we share the ups and downs of gardening in our unique space.
The Learning Garden sits beside a heritage log cabin from the gold-rush era called the Pioneer Hotel, located beside the Yukon River in Shipyards Park.
The Learning Garden began in the spring of 2021. It is an initiative to teach people about gardening in the North, food security and the benefits of growing our own healthy food.
